Bruce Wingate graduated from Fordham Law School in 2007 after nearly twenty years as a computer programmer. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Bruce is an accomplished writer, who has written briefs and argued in front of the Appellate Division. Since being admitted to practice he has represented clients in multiple areas of law, representing litigants as both plaintiffs and defendants. He is fully familiar with the full spectrum of issues that need to be considered during the lifecycle of a case. Bruce has tried several cases to verdict and mediated in various forums of dispute resolution. During his career, he served as a small claims arbitrator in Queens County, where he was tasked with determining and resolving cases before the Court. He brings his varied experience to McHenry & Horan Law, where he has now become involved.
